Papiya Bhadra hails from Jalpaiguri, which is a small town in the state of West Bengal. After completing class 12th from Sunitibala Sadar Girls High School, Papiya Bhadra headed for her graduation in AC College of Commerce in 2020 and later got trained from VMP-AIIM affiliated by South East Asia Training Organization Singapore, popularly known as SEATRO.

Papiya Bhadra, Founder Director of Green Beret Enforcement & Secret Service Private Limited of Siliguri, West Bengal was awarded with Icons of Asia 2022 Award.

After completing her Graduation (Eng Honors), she started business in investigation and enforcement agency. After getting membership approval from APDI(Association of Professional Detective and Investigators),and also trained by VMP-AIIM(VMP- Academy of Investigation and Intelligence Management)affiliated by SEATRO(South East Asia Training Organization, Singapore) she has started work with different corporate houses regarding investigations, due diligence and enforcement work as per corporate , individual requirement to protect their brand power protection, future planning in different kind of atmosphere, in entire state of West Bengal, Sikkim ,Assam . In her supervision the company has started working on ground level to corporate level.

She has appointed field agent, cyber expert and some freelancers, who have working experience in investigation, for her company for better service, accuracy and customer satisfaction. She has also personally worked with her team in ground level investigation, like field agents for better accuracy and perfection.

She has already completed so many successful works for different companies in a short span of time. Some of them have already been successfully executed and some of the work is already in running condition. As per APDI membership record she is the first female active member of North-East. She is always been trying to Maintain SOP and dignity in work and also maintain professional ethics and code of conduct as per Guidelines/code of conduct /code of ethics.

She is delighted to inform you that recently she has received the prestigious Award “Best Young Investigation Entrepreneur Of The Year” in the field of “investigation and detective agency” by APDI(Association of Professional Detective and Investigators) in Annual National Conference of APDI held at PHD House ,New Delhi on 27th Dec 2021. This award was presented to her by Mr. Karnal Singh, IPS (former) ED (Enforcement Directorate), Director at the age of 26 years.
